Thanks, as you can see we have been busy, these are the last half of a 10 order queue, which I have to admit has been our largest queue ever! After this order times should settle down to around 2-3 weeks for normal orders per item.

Competitors are strange animals, they stalk your marketing, post bad reviews on forums and social media sites about your business (this happens for all walks of business) and email you suggesting that you are not among the ‘reputable sellers’ and you charge too much (usually followed with I could do it cheaper and the customer has lost out)

We operate an open door policy, what you see is what you get and all of our images are real indications of our products, and our prices are based on materials and the national minimum wage of an under 18 year old (did I mention I was 27?) As a legitimate business we abide by the distance selling regulations so if you are unhappy with your order, you can return it unworn and in the same condition it was sent for a full refund. If you are unfamiliar with this regulation as a shopper it indicates that you must give customers prior notice of right to cancellation, provide information on prices, payment and shipping in writing and also give a 7 day cooling off period. This is usually found on a websites terms and conditions.

In over 700 orders in the past 8 years, we have had 3 returns. 700 orders, wow that is a lot of hair. I wish I still had photographs of all the creations. I lost a whole box of hair photos moving around before everything went digital.

Braid in or double ended scruffy skater dreads, are very recently popular style which due to it popularity will remain in the product catalogue.

£60 for 30 double ended dreads (60 count) which means just £2 per hand made dread. We are going to be offering packets of these dreads (packets of 10) in one solid colour soon at £22 per packet.

On some of these orders I have over estimated as I have a university project in this month, and the schedule is tight!

…as our books are full! We have our final slot for April processing pending payment (our first payoffline customer) and then that means full full full! We wish we could process more orders (because we would make more money) but we can’t. All new orders from this post will now be processed in May. As we are off on our jollies in May (Holidays) so we shall only be able to process half our normal volume. If you want a piece done in May you’d better order mid April time, or watch out for these posts on ordering times!

Alice has had her hair done, and put up in bunches then in buns ready to use as a base for hairpeices. One attachment we offer is elastic. This is either loose so you can tie it yourself or already looped.

Step One: Prepare the base!

Step 2: Loop or tie the elastic with the fall at the base, with the top of the fall facing out or down

Step 3: Flop the fall over the exposed bun

Step 4: Cover the base either by looping round section of the fall or wrapping a scrunchie or scarf (I like a pair of black opaque tight/pantyhose legs)

Step 5: Repeat to get a set of falls!
