Competitors are strange animals, they stalk your marketing, post bad reviews on forums and social media sites about your business (this happens for all walks of business) and email you suggesting that you are not among the ‘reputable sellers’ and you charge too much (usually followed with I could do it cheaper and the customer has lost out)
We operate an open door policy, what you see is what you get and all of our images are real indications of our products, and our prices are based on materials and the national minimum wage of an under 18 year old (did I mention I was 27?) As a legitimate business we abide by the distance selling regulations so if you are unhappy with your order, you can return it unworn and in the same condition it was sent for a full refund. If you are unfamiliar with this regulation as a shopper it indicates that you must give customers prior notice of right to cancellation, provide information on prices, payment and shipping in writing and also give a 7 day cooling off period. This is usually found on a websites terms and conditions.
In over 700 orders in the past 8 years, we have had 3 returns. 700 orders, wow that is a lot of hair. I wish I still had photographs of all the creations. I lost a whole box of hair photos moving around before everything went digital.
